Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Kairos subscriptions and other paid products sold by Tashghil Pro through our reseller Paddle.

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be genuinely happy with Kairos. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to your first subscription payment on any plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, sign in with the email address you used at checkout, and manage or refund your order.
  • Email us at support@notify.tashghil.prowith your order details and we will help you complete the request.

Subscription renewals & cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further renewals will be charged. For renewal charges beyond the initial 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
