Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kairos platform (the "Service"), operated by Tashghil Pro ("Tashghil Pro", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Kairos is an AI-powered career operating system for resume creation, job tracking, interview preparation, and related workflows. The Service is provided by Tashghil Pro. You are contracting with Tashghil Pro when you use Kairos.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive activity.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including probing, scanning, uploading malware, or scraping).
• Resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

4. AI features & user responsibility

Kairos includes generative AI features (for example, resume tailoring, translation, rewriting, interview coaching). You are responsible for your prompts, the content you submit, and how you use AI-generated outputs. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any content you input into the Service.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and you should independently verify outputs before relying on them. You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, malware, or content that violates the rights of others, nor may you attempt to jailbreak or subvert safety controls. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts that misuse the AI features. Rights-holders may report infringement at support@notify.tashghil.pro; repeat infringers will have access terminated.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, templates, designs, content, and branding, is owned by Tashghil Pro and its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the content you create, and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payments, subscriptions & taxes

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle. 7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Kairos available and performant, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security incidents. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. On termination, you may lose access to content stored in the Service; where reasonably practicable, we will provide a limited window to export your data before deletion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tashghil Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tashghil Pro harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Tashghil Pro's place of business, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you locally.
